SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during launch periods or seasonal events, dispatch times will be affected, we will communicate this with you if it occurs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping rates are as advertised at checkout.

Standard delivery times: 4–10 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee and faster delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow it.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but once it has been handed over to Auspost, delivery times are outside our control. Please allow extra time during busy seasons such as Christmas and refer back to your tracking when needed.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Australia Post with your tracking information. If you would like assistance contacting Australia Post, please contact us at info@goldenacreclothing.com.au and we’ll help investigate. Golden Acre Clothing is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as “Shipped” by Golden Acre Clothing.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake in your address please contact us immediately - we can not guarantee we will catch your parcel before its shipped but we will do our best.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Change of Mind
Due to limited Stock of our collections, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and check sizing information before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing please email info@goldenacreclothing.com.au
Exchanges & Store Credit
For returns other than faults, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange on items returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, with tags still attached.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a trackable postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure every item is perfect before we send it. If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, please email us at info@goldenacreclothing.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (including return postage where applicable).
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are deemed faulty or cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 4 business days of us receiving and approving your returned item.
Please note, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
